All plans include our Signature Network with convenient access to health care professionals and hospitals in your area. Our Freedom Network offers more choice and greater flexibility. When you are outside of Wisconsin, there is access to providers in all other 49 states with our wrap network.

Signature Network
The Signature Network offers easy and convenient access to healthcare professionals and hospitals in your area.
The Signature Network includes a variety of providers within Wisconsin. Namely, the following:

- Gundersen Health System
- Medical College of Wisconsin
- Reedsburg Area Medical Center
- ThedaCare
- UW Health

Freedom Network
The Freedom Network is comprised of First Health providers in Wisconsin and offers more choice and greater flexibility. Employers who elect our level-funded, large group fully insured, and self-funded plans have the option to elect the Freedom Network as an offering.
Network Outside of Wisconsin
Group members who live or travel outside Wisconsin have access to providers in the other 49 states. The out-of-state network functions as a wrap network to lower out-of-pocket costs.
Individual plan members have access to providers outside of Wisconsin in emergency situations only.
